Great wine belongs

in real life.

Fun Mom isn't a person.
 It's a mindset.

A shift.
A reminder to catch the magic while it’s happening.

We were at a friend’s house—kids in chaos, moms in motion—when someone finally sat down, poured a glass, and said, “Fun mom is here.” The world didn’t end. The name stuck.

It became shorthand for something we were all craving: a pause. A pour. A moment to enjoy the mess instead of managing it.

The guy behind the glass.

Orrin Oles has spent his career working with some of California’s most respected vineyards and winemaking teams. He’s crafted premium wines from site-specific vineyards with cult followings—wines known for their balance, clarity, and character.

Orrin’s approach is instinctual and honest. He seeks out expressive fruit, keeps things clean, and makes aromatic wines that are fresh, charming, and a little bit playful. Wines that don’t need a big occasion, just the right moment.

Great wine shouldn’t wait for the perfect moment. We make wines meant to be opened in the middle of life, not outside of it.

A winemaker.
A vision.
A lot of laundry.

Fun Mom Wines is co-founded by Orrin and Erin Oles—a winemaker with deep roots in premium, site-driven California wine, and a co-founder who makes sure the brand reflects the people and the real life it was built for.

The idea was sparked by their family, friends and community—the ones who show up, bring the good energy, and help turn ordinary moments into something worth pausing for. With three boys, a lot of laughter, and a little chaos, this family business is as personal as it gets.

We believe wine can be premium, personal, and a little more fun.

Fun Mom isn’t about doing it all—it’s about not missing what matters.

It’s for anyone who knows everyday magic doesn’t wait—and neither should the wine.

Let’s keep it casual.
