Alcohol Shipping Laws
We comply with all state and federal regulations regarding the sale and shipment of wine. Due to local laws, we may not be able to ship to certain states. If we’re unable to fulfill your order because of legal restrictions, we’ll let you know right away and issue a full refund.
Shipping States
We currently ship to select U.S. states where direct-to-consumer wine shipments are permitted. You can check your state at checkout. If we’re not able to ship to your location just yet, join our list—we’ll let you know if that changes.
Shipping Timeline
Orders typically ship within 2–5 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your wine is on the way. Weather holds may apply in extreme heat or cold to ensure your wine arrives in perfect condition.
Adult Signature Required
All shipments require the signature of someone 21+. We recommend using a business address or a location where someone will be available during the day.
Failed Deliveries
If your order is returned to us because no one was available to sign, we’ll reach out to arrange a reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
